Personalised Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on any items that have been personalised unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged. In such cases, we will require photos of the faulty or damaged item.

Non-Personalised Items: We can accept refunds on non-personalised items if they are returned within a 14-day period. We cannot cover the postage cost of a return.

Our lead time varies depending on the item and personalisation requirements:

Personalised Items: Typically, personalised items take around 7 business days to process and create before they are ready for shipping.

Non-Personalised Items: Non-personalised items usually ship out within 3-5 business days.

Bridal Robes & Pyjamas: A three-week lead time – we will always try to reduce this time frame.

Yes, we can ship directly to someone else. Please leave a comment in the box at checkout or send us an email to let us know this will be a gift. We will ensure the invoice is left out of the box for a seamless gifting experience.
