We are here to alleviate the common day to day stresses that comes with planning weddings, but also our everyday lives. So many of us live in autopilot, it's time to become more present, and focus on those goals.
Great question - Because I have seen both sides, I have been Alex that doesn't implement wellness, and I have been the Alex that does. Everything benefits when you do take time for you, when you focus on what is important to you. When you look at your environment and realise it is a consequence of the choices you have made. Accepting that and then making a plan to positively impact it moving forward - is the best thing you can do. That is what I am here to help you understand.
The bridal coach title, came from a need to help brides. My background is in mindset and business coaching - this initial idea of bridal coaching came to me when I was planning my own wedding during the pandemic - that situation was deemed by so many to be stressful, and yes it was, but what was stressful wasn't planning a wedding, it was the environment in which we were in, the same applies today. Couples are exposed to negative environments, external pressures, that aren't put in place by them. Take negative talk out, hard environments, and budget concerns, wedding planning is a JOY - my job as a coach is to help you achieve that endpoint through out work and our team.
Yes, and this is exactly what this site is for. Yes our brides find us during planning their wedding, but I want this business to be something you lean on FOREVER - we want to positively impact you FOREVER. Selfcare should be something we make time for each day. So many don't live out the life they want due to not being present, living in the fast lane, living in autopilot. We are here to stop this and ensure you live out your days in the best way, as your best version of yourself!
