With a lifelong passion and a love for anything that sparkles! Rebecca Andrews Bridal Design officially launched in 2022.

Love stories have always been at the forefront of everything I do, with a previous twelve-year career in the beauty and luxury retail industry, I have played a part in quite a few of my client’s marriage proposals! 

With first-hand experience working for bridal boutiques in and across Manchester, and a first-class honours degree in International Fashion Design. I learned the extensive underpinning, skills, and had sheer determination to fulfil a dream of launching my very own, bridal accessory brand, which offers a luxurious service with personable approach. And every day is a tulle-filled dream come true!

I graduated during the pandemic, and although the wedding industry was put on pause, there was a rise in micro weddings. Brides were opting for simple, paired back wedding gowns, but still wanted to make a statement with their accessories. This is where I found a demand in the bridal industry that was unmet. From it I created an experience where choosing for your wedding veil was as important and just as special as shopping for your wedding dress.

During lock down too many brides had to compromise on the luxury and experience of ‘being the bride’ and I wanted to sprinkle a little bit of magic and make brides feel special again. Since then, we have played a part in hundreds of brides love stories and make each one feel truly special.

The brand places focus on offering brides the highest quality tulle, opulent embellishment, and delicate, personalised embroidery. Each veil is meticulously handcrafted for brides that favour timeless elegance. You are welcome to choose from a variety of designs and lengths from our made-to-order collection of veils. And, for those who prefer to express their individual style, I offer a completely bespoke wedding veil design service, where I will work directly with a bride, to personally design and make her dream veil, a reality.

Bespoke Requests

ADVICE & VEIL CARE

Before ordering your wedding veil from us:

  • Please ensure you have the correct measurements for your wedding veil before placing an order with us.
  • Every veil is handmade to order and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault. Faults and defects must be reported to us within seven days of delivery.
  • Ensuring the correct colour choice and length of veil is your responsibility, however we are on hand to guide you and recommend a veil that will compliment your bridal look. Please email us with any questions prior to ordering: info@rebeccaandrewsbridal.co.uk
  • We highly recommend ordering one of our fabric swatches prior to purchasing your veil to ensure a correct colour match.
  • Our veils are made to order and subject to a 4-week lead time.
  • Please note, our overseas customers are responsible for any additional shipping, VAT, customs and excise duties in the country of delivery. Non payment of this may result in a delay of your shipment.
  • Please contact us prior to placing an order to calculate overseas shipping fees.

Veil Care:

  • Remove the veil from packaging, using the hanging clip provided hang in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
  • There may be some natural creasing in your veil from transit, once stored correctly these should drop out within a couple of days.
  • If you prefer to steam your veil, we suggest using a professional service only.
  • Do not iron your veil, the fabric will become distorted and can damage the tulle.
  • All steaming should be handled with extreme care and precautions.     
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by direct heat or incorrect storage.
  • Every veil is packaged in a Rebecca Andrews gift box, made from recycled boxboard from FSC approved forests and is 100% recyclable.

Say ‘Yes!’ and secure your wedding gown first. This ensures that you have a great starting point in creating your personal bridal style and guides us in how best to accessorise it. For example, is your dress intricately embellished and you would like to incorporate this on your veil? Or do you prefer something chic and timeless to accentuate your bridal silhouette?Make a mental note of what attracted you to your dream dress – are there areas that you would like to highlight or details that we can integrate on your wedding veil? In short, the dress comes first!

We offer eight lengths in our made-to-order collection of veils, from short-but-sweet elbow length to our grand, Royal cathedral length, and everything in-between!

 -Elbow, fingertip, and waltz length veils are perfect for brides who prefer to keep their wedding veils on from ceremony to reception, as the shorter lengths allow for dancing, without the commitment of extra tulle around the lower part of your dress.

 -Floor length and Chapel length veils compliment wedding dresses with a little to no train at the back of the dress, as these add just a small ‘puddle’ of tulle around the silhouette.

 -Our showstopping, Chapel, cathedral, and Royal Cathedral length veils are perfect for brides who want to make a grand entrance on their special day! These veil lengths provide anything from an additional five inches to thirty inches longer than your wedding dress and are designed to leave a lasting impression.

 -We even offer our own unique veil length, ‘The RA’ is 105” long and is perfect for brides who love our chapel length with a little more drama!

 -As every wedding veil is made-to-order, we welcome brides to contact us with their exact measurements for their own custom veil length.

Absolutely! We offer personalised embroidery to make your veil truly one of a kind. This service is a magical way to add a sentimental element to your wedding look. We offer the option of adding your names, wedding date, small personal love notes or replication of a loved one’s handwriting.

Whether you decide on a chic chignon, a romantic up-do, or glamourous, Hollywood waves your wedding hairstyle sets the tone for how your veil should be worn. Our wedding veils are hand stitched to silver plated hair combs and can be adjusted to all hairstyles.

Hair-up styles are notoriously the easiest way to secure your veil, as the silver-plated hair comb can be manipulated into curls, and hair tucks. It also offers the security of something to grip on to, and any additional hairpins can be delicately disguised. Style tip: Take your veil to your hair trial to see your bridal look come together!

For fine haired brides and those wearing their hair down, we recommend asking your hairstylist to add a discreet, horizontal plait underneath a section of hair at the crown of your head. This adds extra durability around the veil comb and provides the veil with an anchor without the need for additional hairpins.


Style tip: A little hair teasing, backcombing and hairspray goes a long way when wearing a veil!

Every veil is handcrafted to order, this ensures zero fabric waste! Our made-to-order veils have a lead time of four weeks, this is inclusive of personalised embroidery. Our bespoke veils have a lead time of twelve weeks, this allows for design revisions and fabric sourcing. We advise brides to book their bespoke consultations as soon as they have their dress, as appointments are limited throughout the year.

We advise brides to take into account the date for their final dress fittings, so we can create your veil in time to see your bridal look come together before your special day.
