Hi, we're Kimberley & Nicole AKA - Kole Events! With twelve years of experience creating amazing events, we know how to make yours one to remember. From the decor to each and every small detail, we help turn your ideas into the day you've always dreamed of. Our clients agree that our events are unforgettable. We pride ourselves on perfection and going the extra mile for each and every client. From the initial consultation phase, right through to the execution of the event, we will be on hand and by your side. 

Kim is now commonly known as “the bridesmaid that you never knew you NEEDED” and Nicole is the perfectionist that every wedding needs. When we first met we were opposites for most things: food, music, city vs countryside, but after many hours spent on events up and down the country together, Nic now listens to the odd country song, Kim will eat ready salted crisp (at a push) and we are a pretty strong and creative double team, not to mention the best of friends.

The most commonly asked questions Kole receive

Firstly, congratulations on booking your special day! What we do at this point is have a consultation with you and your partner. During the consultation we will go through everything that you may need in detail, really get a feel for what style you are looking for and the budget you are wanting to work within. It also gives us a chance to get to know each other a little better. Our main aim is to make your wedding planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We do our consultations either over video call or via phone, whichever suits you best.

We provide our services across the whole of the UK.

After our consultation, we then get designing and provide you with a bespoke quote which can be tweaked as many times as necessary until we have styled your perfect day. We pride ourselves on our decor being very customisable for each client, you do not have to have an “off the shelf” design.  For example, we can build up centrepieces from candlelight to florals to create the exact style that you want. In terms of what we offer as a company; we can provide you with as much or as little as you need from decor, bouquets/buttonholes, table centrepieces, linen, tableware, production and much more.

Once we get a feel for our client's vision we will always contribute ideas to enhance the overall look and feel of the day. If there is something that they maybe haven’t thought of yet but we think they would love and would look great, we will always bounce these ideas around. This can often be venue-specific, for example, some venues look amazing with some added lighting whilst others are enhanced by draping etc.

Yes! One of our top priorities at Kole is that we create a great relationship with our clients. We are a two-part team and it will be us that you meet at your initial consultation, us that you communicate with throughout the entire run-up, us at your final meeting and our faces that are there on your special day.
