  • In-Person Events: Planning a hen do or special gathering? Let us bring our energetic Lymph class to your event! In just 60 minutes, we’ll teach you all the techniques to boost everyone’s well-being and provide lasting benefits. £40 per person (Minimum of 10 participants plus travel).
